To maintain the tranquil atmosphere of our wellness center, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone and mobile devices upon arrival.
Cell phone use is prohibited in our Harmonic Egg treatment room.

Online appointment booking is available 90 days in advance and up to 12 hours before the appointment start time.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment start time.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled online by clicking on the link in your booking email or by calling or texting (215) 694-3624. Your appointment is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation email.
Feeling under the weather? If you’re feeling unwell, even if it’s last minute, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Health is our top priority, and staying home when sick helps protect everyone’s well-being, including our staff and other customers. We completely understand life happens, and we’re more than happy to work with you to find a new time.

By booking, you authorize The Wellnest Bucks County to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without notification.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to ask you to reschedule in order to ensure the next client’s session runs on time.

In the event of severe weather conditions that may impact safety, we prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff.
If a severe weather alert is issued for the Newtown area, The Wellnest Bucks County reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
